Georgine Welo was "saddened" that she wasn't entitled to take someone else's money from them - poor little socialist bitch. I'll give her a few days to think before she sics the city lawyers on Ms. Jemison to coerce the money out of her on some other grounds...

In the meantime, I'd recommend Ms. Jemison use part of her winnings to arm herself against government agents...
